They absolutely cannot destroy property that is not part of the easement/right of way. They cannot clear a path of destruction to get to the location they’re legally entitled to inspect. I had a utility box on my property in Staten Island. Every time they came, I knew that the rocks I’d put over it would be moved. I also knew that those rocks were all they were allowed to touch. Most of the time, the workers were professional. The few times they weren’t, I rightfully shut them down when they attempted to step in my garden inches from the utility box. (责任编辑:) |
