I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. Upon arrival, I greeted the staff but received no acknowledgment as a customer. Akhona made us feel as though she was doing us a favor by taking our order, rather than providing service. This attitude left a very poor impression and needs to be addressed. Service: Take out

We normally Love Roman's pizza parklands.. We even tried other pizza places around the area but still returned to the good old faithful... but honestly today I am disappointed... we ordered the Honey mustard rib and fetaroni.. Thin base.. we got thick bases.. amd the pizzas was really bland and tasteless.. The fetaroni had absolutely no feta or chillies on we actually added our own chimchimuri and feta to make taste like something.. I am following a strick healthy lifestyle so when I do decide to have a cheat meal it needs to be worth it.. but this was honestly wasted Calories.. and that's really upsetting for me
