The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time. Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app. My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours! Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me. Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich! Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice. This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff. It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty. My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine. My wife and I had a row to ourselves after moving seats. There were no TVs and you had to buy food. So we did nothing but had a quick nap. Flight was fine. Pleasant, relaxed flight. I had 2 seats to myself, which was a bonus. I couldn't find a flight tracker ap so I could know where we were but that's a minor complaint. On the plus side, the passenger announcements did not come through my earphones but were on main speakers only. That was a nice touch. The return was painful because of the flight that was canceled. Nobody was able to help us out. It took hours and a lot of walking on two different airports to get a new flight The cabin was warm and few used the blankets. I should’ve upgraded. The plan was delayed for takeoff by an hour, but we ended up making the landing on time which was a nice surprise. I can’t even the whole trip was a catastrophe Poor. Seats uncomfortable. No leg room. Hot and humid the whole trip. Food and staffs were ok. Delay more than hour created pressure to catch the connecting flight I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets. The food was good. Most the staff was pleasant. The flight would be drastically improved with WiFi on a long international flight. The whole experience was positive. Crew very friendly and helpful. Very greedy with pre-seat allocation. Web site too complicated First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible. I felt that when I was rerouted it should have been to business class. Terrible experience resolving missed connection after flight was delayed. 3 hour queue at transit desk, not enough staff, no organisation, worst ever flying experience. I’ve flown with Qatar multiple times and the service has always been great. Very professional, organized, the food is delicious and plentiful, tons of entertainment. I was unable to pre purchase sear upgrades or internet. Their online site is not user friendly and poor. I felt singled out in customs. Seats are very small even for a small person. They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible. I was denied lounge facility at airport. Explanation was not satisfactory. The only thing that could have been better, is that the food trays get left way to long after a meal. We had a snack 8 hrs into the trip, and they left us with the boxes and cups for way too long. It is not fun being trapped in your seat unnecessarily Very unimpressed that I was dumped from the seat I had booked and paid for after check in. Apparently a family wanted to sit together, however as they all were adults I think they should have pre booked their seats like I did. I will be approaching Qatar for a refund. That and the dreadful state of the flooding toilets made me wonder how they managed to be voted the best airline. Not worth the money. The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.
