Perfect for safeguarding airport parking garages, storefronts, and cargo bays, our 4”x24”x36” (measured outside to outside) U-shaped Bolt-Down Bollards offer a wider range of coverage due to their substantial size. This bollard is made by using two 90-degree long radius elbows that connect three Heavy Duty 4” diameter Schedule 40 Carbon Steel Pipes to form a reinforced horseshoe shaped guardrail that maximizes strength and durability. Each post comes with a welded 10”x10”x1/2” baseplate, with four 3/8” predrilled holes that accommodate 5/8” anchor bolts for a secure concrete placement. 

Our bollards are primed, painted with our standard High Visibility Safety Yellow (4 mil), and finished with a high gloss topcoat using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System for a low-maintenance, rust-free and fade-free finish. If our standard color does not match necessary aesthetics, we offer many custom colors through our in-house paint booth along with additional customizable options such as interchangeable baseplate features and bare, powder coat, or galvanized finishes.

Bollards Plus 4”x36”x36” (measured outside to outside) Heavy Duty U-shaped Bolt-Down Bollards are designed for reliable protection and coverage. Built from three 4-inch diameter Schedule 40 Carbon Steel Pipes that are connected by two 90-degree long-radius elbows to create a U-shape like guardrail, these bollards provide a larger protection zone compared to standard single-post bollards. This bollard comes with two 10”x10”x1/2” baseplates that are secured into concrete using 5/8” anchor bolts through four predrilled 3/8” holes (8 total) to ensure stability and durability, making them a great solution for equipment protection, parking lots, and industrial settings. 

Each bollard is primed and painted with our 4 mil, high gloss, High Visibility Safety Yellow using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System to ensure a brilliant, long-lasting finish that requires little maintenance. Looking for a different color? We offer several custom colors at no extra charge. Additionally, customizable features such as material type and 90-degree short radius elbows are available.

Our 6”x24”x36” (measured outside to outside) Heavy Duty U-shaped Bolt-Down Bollards are fabricated with three 6-inch diameter Schedule 40 Steel pipes that are connected by two 90-degree long radius elbows, forming a guardrail with a durable horseshoe-like shape. Ideal for machinery protection, factories, and fuel tanks, these bollards are wider compared to single-post barriers, allowing them more coverage and enhanced durability due to their combined strength. These bollards come with two 10”x10”x1/2” baseplates, predrilled with four 3/8" holes to mount into concrete using 5/8” anchor bolts, reinforcing security and placement. 

Each bollard is primed and painted a traditional high gloss 4 mil High Visibility Safety Yellow using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System for a finish that enforces necessary safety parameters while helping reduce damage risks. We offer many custom colors if our standard color does not meet project requirements. Moreover, additional customizable features such as interchangeable bollard dimensions and Schedule 10 or 80 wall thicknesses are available.

Well-suited for pedestrian walkways, manufacturing plants, and gas storage tanks, our U-Shaped bollards are made using three 6” diameter Heavy Duty Schedule 40 Steel Pipes, connected by two 90-degree long radius elbows and come with two welded  10”x10”1/2” welded baseplates, predrilled with 3/8” holes (4 each, 8 total) to accommodate 5/8” anchor bolts for a secure concrete installation.  

Using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System, each bollard is primed, painted with our standard 4 mil High Visibility Safety Yellow, and finished with a high gloss topcoat, ensuring a low maintenance finish that provides long-lasting protection and awareness.
