Access older records or pay past bills Need older records or to pay an older bill? Visit my-archive.ucihealth.org for information, bill pay and more related to any care occurring before December 6, 2025. What's new The upgraded MyChart makes it easier to: View your medical records including past visits, medications, allergies and immunizations Schedule appointments and find care Request prescription refills Send secure messages to your care team for non-urgent needs See test results as soon as they’re available View and pay bills in one place This improvement will ensure that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips. What to expect Your login stays the same
You’ll see two UCI Health options UCI Health (new): For current care—appointments, messages, results, and bills going forward. Archive (previous): For older information and bills related to care before December 6, 2025. The Archive will remain available for about one year. Please note: Bills related to care received before Dec. 6, 2025, will appear in the archived MyChart. Bills related to care received on or after Dec. 6, 2025, will appear in the new MyChart. Your past information is coming with you New to MyChart? Create an account. If you were previously using Cerner or Athena to view information related to care received at the UCI Health Community Network, your information is now available in MyChart. There are three ways to create your UCI Health MyChart account. Activate your account At your next visit Use self-sign-up to receive an activation code Patients under 18 require a parent or adult proxy to sign up. Already have an activation code?Visit the MyChart sign-up page and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account. Linking other MyChart accountsIf you had MyChart and health information accounts from other health organizations linked to you UCI Health MyChart via Happy Together, you will need to re-link those in the new MyChart. You can also link your UCI Health Archive MyChart account. To link an account: Once you log into the new UCI Health MyChart, open your menu and select, "Link My Accounts." Choose the MyChart accounts you'd like to connect under "Visited Organizations" on the Discover tab. Your prior care at UCI Health may be displayed under UCI Health Archive or UC Health (UC San Diego/UCSD and UC Riverside/UCR) and Affiliates. View a video from Epic on linking MyChart accounts via desktop or the MyChart app. Proxy access and account updatesIf you help manage care as a proxy (such as for a child, teen, or parent), you may notice updates to your level of access. To follow state and federal privacy guidelines, proxies of patients ages 12-17 can still see basic information but may have limited access to certain sensitive details, such as lab results and notes.
